+ What is the turn around time?
Average turn around time for orders is about 3-4 weeks depending on my current backlog. Due to my son constantly being in and out of the hospital I have had to increase wait times considerably. I have no other way around this.


+ What are mohair wigs?
Mohair wigs are wigs that are made of lambs wool. They are usually curly, super soft, and a natural fiber that can be treated like normal hair.


+ Do you sell any other types of wig?
From time to time I may sell other types of wigs, but these are not made by me.


+ Are you wigs made on a wig cap with elastic?
My wigs are out of a tanned hide. That means that the wig cap is leather. Whereas it does have some stretch to it, it is by no means an elastic cap.


+ You say they have some stretch, how can I stretch my wig?
Get your wig wet, including the leather. Slowly stretch the wig across your doll's head. If you let the wig dry there, it will create a custom fitted wig for your doll.


+ Can you sell me some mohair so that I can make my own wig?
You are welcome to inquire if I have any scraps available, however these pieces will not be large enough for a wig. I am willing to sell scraps on a case by case basis however I will not sell pieces large enough for a wig.


+ Help! My doll's head was stained by a BR wig!
First calm down. Most "staining" can be removed by a clean with a melamine block (Mr. Clean Magic Eraser or similar). Some colors will stain a doll's head more easily than others. This is most common with darker wigs.


+ How can I prevent staining?
I recommend the balloon trick. Take a normal balloon and cut off the stem of it leaving only the bulbous end. Stretch the bulb of the balloon over your doll's head to form a seal between your doll's head and the wig. This will cause friction and can make putting one of my wigs on your doll's head difficult, but the result is a head that isn't stained and a wig that does not come off! There is also the option of placing plastic wrap between your doll's head and the wig. I have no tried this method, but I have been told that it works well.


+ You offer clothing on your site, what sizes do you offer?
In almost all cases, clothing sizes will be marked on the particular item's sale information. For those that are looking for a custom commission, I work with SD, SD13, MSD, Unoa, Bambicrony, and DZBB.


+ I saw an outfit from a company and I want one just like it, can you create it for me?
The short answer is no. Whereas I do create some outfits that are similar to those found on other sites, I try to put my own spin on them. I will not make you an outfit based on another one from a different site just so you can save a dollar. If the particular outfit is available from the distributor, please buy it there.


+ I would like to commission you, can you have it done for a certain date?
Maybe. Generally on any commission I ask for 4-5 weeks if it is clothing based. Usual wig turn around is about a week.


+ I have a certain fabric here that I would like you to make something out of, will you do that for me?
I have come up against this again and again and I have been burned again and again. I will not take fabric that I have never used before from somebody for a commission. I'm sorry, but I have had people tell me that they have the perfect fabric before and send me lining material instead. I cannot work miracles and I will not even try. Please do not ask about this.


+ Will you please just sell me a pattern so that I can make the outfit myself?
No, and please don't ask. It is truly an insult.


+ Your prices are too high! I want them lower.
I try to price my items competitively across the other sellers in this market. If you feel you can find what I offer at a lower price elsewhere and wish to go there, I encourage you to do so.


+ Do you ever give discounts?
Yes! I do promotions and discount codes all the time! Keep checking back and read any announcements that I make!


+ You have some categories that don't make sense to me, what are these?
Categories such as Duae are products that are crafted by other artisans in the community. These people are usually somebody that I know personally that is trying to get their doll business off the ground.


+ Does that mean that you are in control of these products?
I may or may not have these products on hand. They may very well ship from that person's home directly to you. I merely handle the task of being a distributor of sales for them.


+ What if I am scammed by one of these other artisans?
I will do whatever I can to prevent this from happening. However, in the event that you can prove you were scammed, necessary measures will be taken to either give a refund or get your product to you.


+ What payment types do you accept:
I prefer Paypal, but I am also open to Google Checkout, as well as every now and again I will take a money order from a repeat client.


+ What is your return policy?
All returns need to be in clean, undamaged condition. If you receive a wig that is long, it will need to be uncut, unstretched, and in good condition for me to accept a return.


+ If I return an item, what will I receive for it?
You will either receive a refund, or you will receive a replacement product.


+ What shipping options do you offer?
I ship exclusively through the United States Postal Service. I do not charge shipping charges no matter where you live! All mail is sent via First Class postage.
